Classes are a mindful and dynamic practice grounded in breath and internal awareness.

There are verbal cues are for alignment and physical connections, but also towards the end of class for the awareness of the more subtle internal connections too. Awareness of breath is a constant focus and something everyone can take away/learn to access at any time or place.
